Deflationary Mechanics of GameZilla

GameZilla is soon to launch its first project, CryptoGamez, but many users have asked some questions about how GZILA differs from other native tokens used in an overlying ecosystem.

One of the most prominent features of the GameZilla native token is its ability to create scarcity through trading. GZILA token is unique in that it has a 15% transaction burn built into its infrastructure. Whenever a user sells $GZILA, the user on the receiving end of the transaction receives an amount that will reflect 15% less than the originally sent total. However, there is no reduction of tokens in the buying of tokens in the DEXES.

For example; all SALE transactions are subjected to a Tax of 15%. Meaning, if you swap $100 worth of $GZILA for BUSD, you will receive $85.

This creates a very interesting situation that allows this asset to naturally reduce sell pressure due to its ability to reduce its supply. Scarcity can be a driving force in an asset’s ability to produce demand, and we believe that this function in our code will drive GZILA to heights that we have yet to see.

P.S: We have burned 65,000 $ worth of GZILA tokens.

This function will be a driving force for the adoption of GameZilla based games and other use cases. Deflationary assets also allow tokens that also contain inflationary mechanics to balance each other to keep tokens supplies in check. DeFi and Its ability to produce passive income can become diluted with the never-ending minting of tokens, so this deflationary mechanism will also replace this.
